Ava offer 2 types Of Group Private Yoga classes. You can choose which you prefer.
- 1 A classic Hatha Yoga class involving deep stretches and power holds. With breathing exercises and sensual meditation. $25.00 per person 6 people minimum. Smaller groups allowed if the full 6 person sum is met.
- 2 A more exotic choice would be Ava’s Sound Therapy Yoga Class which is less physical and more meditative. Ava gives you guided meditations as she baths each member of the group in the frequencies that are intended to awaken various chakras. Using drums and tuning forks and singing bowls to achieve higher states of consciousness. $25.00 per person 6 people minimum. Smaller groups allowed if the full 6 person sum is met.
