I hope that everyone survived the incredible power of Hurricane Ian. Siesta Key and Sarasota were spared the major damages that happened in Sanibel and Fort Myers. Siesta Key beach looks like it did not lose any sand or suffer any major damage. Siesta Key public beach was closed down before the storm and I do not know when we will get the word that we can return. When I know I will announce when the next yoga class will take place. Regardless the new start time of 9:00 am is in place and the classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. I had decided to ride the storm out in my home and the experience was intense and frightening but it has made me so grateful for my life and for the privilege of teaching my yoga on the most beautiful beach in the world to the nicest people in the world. Stay tuned for more updates as I learn more about when we can resume our yoga classes.
Stay healthy and happy
All my love
Ava

My Stone Crabs guy Scotty delivered a whole bunch of water to Bonita today and he’s going back tomorrow.
I feel so sorry for all those people!
I don’t know when I’m going over there again to visit, my schedule is always busy in the fall!

Thank you Arden for your well wishes. We can all be grateful to be alive.
