It is the middle of winter and even in Florida it gets cold in the winter. This morning we experienced a very chilly class but the sun came out and as we practiced it got quite warm. I would recommend layering your cloths when you attend the class. I had socks and gloves on and 3 layers of tops & jackets, I over did it a bit but its easy to remove layers as you warm up. Bring a towel or a mat and some drinking water. Get ready for a more vigorous sequence of postures and movements. The weather is very energizing and invigorating so come down and don’t miss your chance to experience yoga in the beauty of nature. All levels accepted, please bring exact change of $10 per person.
