The success of my outdoor yoga classes hinge on the weather conditions this time of year especially. We have been very fortunate this year as the weather has been quite good so far. Classes are taught on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, with a 9 am start time, 9:00 am can be rather chilly so I recommend layering your cloths to stay warm but within 30 mins into the class most will be too warm and comfortable. I love this time of year as I can teach more active posture sequences. I have been teaching yoga classes on Siesta Key beach for 14 years now and I always like to vary the posture sequences to suit the conditions and to keep things interesting for the regulars. The temperatures now give me a chance to bring in more energetic sequencing giving us feelings of more vigor, strength and vitality. I hope that you take advantage of the incredible winter weather we are having by participating in my yoga classes as often as you can. Please bring a towel or a mat and some drinking water and the exact change for the fee which is $10.00 per person. Classes last 90 min. but you are not obligated to stay the whole class and beginners are welcome. Hope to meet you soon.
