Another incredible yoga class happened this morning. Lots of energy from the many who attended and from the super bright sunshine, soft warm breezes and the crystal sands of Siesta Key beach. The weather could not be more ideal, I think I went on and on about it before we started our class. January promises to be beautiful weather wise as well. Mostly January will be in the mid to upper 70s. so if your new to yoga or to the class don’t let that hold you back as many in the class are beginners or new to the class as well. Practicing yoga on sand that’s 99 % quartz crystal is a unique experience you should not miss if possible. Bring your friends and after the class you can hang out on the beach have have more fun. I hope to see you this coming Fri. 12/31/21 and New Years Morning 1/1/22 . Please try to bring exact change of $10 per person so that we can start on time which is 9:00 am class lasts 90 min.
