I am very happy to report that there was no red tide on either Friday or Saturday yoga classes. The classes went off without a hitch and the weather was beautiful both days. Classes are still quite small as only about 7 to 13 people usually attend. This count is much much lower than other years and I believe the lockdowns around the world, especially from in Canada, have been the reason for the small class attendance. I heard from a student this morning that Canada may open its boarders soon and we could receive an influx of visitors from Canada. I am looking forward to getting back to normal in the near future as we have been bogged down by the lockdowns, the red tide, and the summer heat. It should be cooler by Monday the 18th of Oct. so I am hoping to see more of you coming down to the beach and enjoying our yoga practice. Beginners and cowards welcome, LOL. Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday, 9 to 10:30 am $10.00 per person bring a towel or a mat and some drinking water. See you soon.

Ava….Jayne and I really enjoyed all of your classes last week. We really felt the benefits of 3 classes after Friday’s class which we found to be more of a much needed stretch. Keep up the great work and we will be monitoring your beach conditions through “Scooter of the Beach” on FB. We’ll want to partake in some of your classes online during the cold winter months. Best & Aloha?
Wonderful I hope to see you next year. It was a pleasure to meet you and your wonderful family.
