I showed up at about 7:30 am this morning to set up and to pre- stretch as I usually do. At this early time in the morning I can prepare in quiet and in the coolness of the morning, but I noticed the air was very still and heavy with moisture and there was an aroma in the air that hinted at red tide but I thought well Im not coughing or feel any irritation in my throat so I felt the conditions were good enough to teach. I was happy to see a vibrant group of people, some familiar, some not, show up. By the end of class we were balls of sweat and sand but happy to have stayed the whole 90 min. One lady worked around an injury to her wrist which was bandaged and to her great credit she stayed through the whole class too. Still I want us to unite in prayer for clear skies and seas and cooler weather real soon. Amen
