We just finished a spectacular yoga class this Saturday morning 09/25/21 with many of my regular students attending. It was nice to see familiar faces again at class. We had been closed for a month and a half because of red tide but now that the coast is clear people are slowly coming back, the mind is willing but the body may be holding you back. The students and I discussed this after class today saying that once we establish a routine again we have don’t have to impose our will as much because our body craves the feeling of tension release and becomes addicted to it. Way better to be addicted to stretching than to sitting. In any event we are off to a good start this year with great weather, clean air and beautiful seas to look at as we practice our yoga in the morning. The fall schedule is in place as classes are held Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, 9:00 am till 10:30 am ( ish ) as I tend to go a bit over time either because it just feels too good to stop or because my clock has failed me again, lol. I hope to see you on Monday 09/27/21 as the weather forecast is quite good. Beginners welcome, please bring a towel or a mat some & drinking water & $10 cash per person exact change if possible. See you Monday.
