I am happy to announce the return of my yoga classes starting on Wednesday at 9:00 am till 10:30 am. The red tide is gone and the beach is beautiful again. Lets celebrate by getting to the beach for yoga. I am thrilled to be returning and hope I see you all soon. Please bring a towel or a mat with you and some drinking water. The class is $10 per person payable in cash at the beach, come a little early to get a good spot and bring a friend its always more fun with friends.

Hi you are more than welcome to join in tomorrow morning to my yoga classes. I teach on the main public beach with all the parking and the huge pavillion and the different color lifeguard stands. I teach specifically between the blue and the green lifeguard stands. Bring water to drink and a towel or a mate. The price is $10 per person payable at the beach in cash. I hope to see you soon.
