This morning I decide to add a ball to tour yoga practice. A ball,in this case I use a 55 cm ball, gives us a whole new way of stretching and penatrating into the body. We use the ball to enhance our poses and to massage our body as we press against the ball while either moving or staying in pose. You will notice that it feels so good as the ball gently lets us open our spine and back with gentle rolling motions underneath us.
