Another beautiful morning as I filmed this yoga class at 6:30 am. This sequence emphasis the knees encouraging our knees to open and move through moments and poses. The abdominal muscles are also emphasized as are the shoulders and the back of the legs. This class is primarily designed to relate tension form the knees hips shoulders back and the legs. It is about one hour and 20 min long and is done on the mat. Now that the beaches have been reopened I am hoping to return to the beach but I shall keep up these videos regardless of what occurred on the beach. Looking forward to the future.

Oh thank you for continuing your outdoor yoga videos even when you teach again at the beach!!! Your videos are so great for those of us who do not live in Siesta Key area!!!!
