AVA Ava has always had two singular passions in life, Yoga, and Metaphysics. TRUDY Trudy became interested in religion and spirituality and began to encounter angels at a very young age. When Trudy's first child became ill at the age of 18 months with leukemia, she once again began to experience angel encounters. After her son passed, at the age of 35 months, Trudy became interested in the teachings of Carl Jung, and then gradually became interested in the ancient symbolism of the Tarot. Trudy has studied with renowned teachers, such as Robert Johnson and Barry Willaims of Pacifica Institute in California. Trudy and Ava met 7 years ago on Siesta Key beach in Sarasota, Florida, and became best friends. They began reading together online in order to reach more of their friends who were in need of readings.     Just watched the video on tuning forks and found it quite interesting. Did you develop the technique or if not what is the origin? How long have you been using them and what have been your results? By the way, I miss your sessions on the beach and hope to see you
    in January!

      I studied with Dr. Beaulieu The pioneer of tuning fork sound therapy in April but I have been interested in the whole field of study for years. I finally decided that I wanted to bring this out to the public and to employ some of the techniques I learned with Dr. Beaulieu in my own practice. I find the Tuning Forks to be very simple instruments that are valuable for all kinds of body healing. The facial techniques come from my own experimentation with the tuning forks and what I know and understand healing and sound from Mantra Yoga the yoga of Sound. So I would not advocate for these Tuning Forks if I did not believe they have real effect. Thank you or your inquiry and I do hope to see you at class when you can make it.
